Varahi Navaratri | Varahi Navaratri

Varahi Navaratri is a sacred and spiritually powerful 9-day festival dedicated to Goddess Varahi, one of the Sapta Matrikas (seven divine mothers) and a fierce, protective form of Goddess Shakti. It is observed primarily in the Ashada month (June–July), particularly during the Krishna Paksha (waning moon phase).

Goddess Varahi has the boar face of Varaha (an incarnation of Lord Vishnu) and embodies Shakti’s fierce, protective, and transformative energy. She is considered the commander of the Divine Mother's army and is worshipped for protection from negativity, spiritual empowerment, and inner strength.
